- The Palmerston North City Library, or the living room of the city, is right in the heart of Palmerston North at the Square and has not only tons of books in English but also in several international languages. There is a huge amount of national and international magazines, there are videos, music, free wifi, a cafe, services and lot’s and lot’s of events happening. A great place to meet the people of Palmy and the membership is for free!
